This project comprises the first phase of the redevelopment proposals for Queen Elizabeth Square, Glasgow Gorbals, as part of the Crown Street Regeneration Project, carried out by Stewart Milne Homes.

Passive solar design exploits maximum sunlight penetration into main living spaces. Sustainable qualities of the design are further enhanced by sun spaces to exploit pre-heated winter ventilation.
