Oatlands Regeneration Project, Glasgow
Holmes implemented the masterplan for the Oatlands Regeneration project on the south bank of the River Clyde, opposite Glasgow Green.
The master plan benefits the area with new housing, roads and infrastructure, as well as major landscape upgrading to Richmond Park. Plans for four and six-storey flats, town houses and terraced houses establish a new urban quarter made up of streets, squares and landscaped open spaces.
