Laurieston House Refurbishment, Carlton Place, Glasgow

A major repair and restoration of a Grade 'A' listed building, carried out on behalf of Strathclyde Building Preservation Trust, with funding from the Glasgow Development Agency, Historic Scotland and Glasgow District Council.

This early 19th century Georgian property, situated in Carlton Place and facing north over the River Clyde, consists of two adjacent and inter-linked town houses. The extensive repair works include foundation and structural repairs, rot eradication. re-roofing, stone repairs, overhaul and renewal of windows.
