The proposed building takes reference from the surrounding traditional architecture of Saracen Street, with a stone and glass façade fronting the main thoroughfare. A dramatic entrance is created at the corner, announcing the gateway to the new public space, highlighted by the coloured entrance ‘box’ which travels full height within the building.

Tailored accommodation is proposed for Glasgow North Regeneration Agency, on the ground floor of the building, with meeting rooms, interview spaces, staff facilities and an open plan employment ‘shop’ accessed from a central double height atrium.
