A sensitive redevelopment of a prominent listed building in Aberdeen City Centre.
Converting an existing business centre into a Contact and Training Centre for Aberdeen City Council. The interiors of the first and second floor were stripped out and refurbished with an innovative central core service spine, stepping up to the full height of the original storey height at the exterior walls.
