A consortium bid by Bellway Homes, Bett Residential, Persimmon Homes and Robertson Homes to develop over 800 residential units in South Carntyne, Glasgow.

Working to a Development Framework as provided by Glasgow City Council, a Masterplan for the site was developed.

The 24 hectare site is split into developable pockets of varying densities, all with an urban character.

The central theme to Myreside is the provision of housing affordable within the city for a wide range of single persons, couples and family groups, with the emphasis on Garden City design and to create an integrated community awareness through best urban housing design principals.
