Holmes’ masterplanning experience, comprising stretches back to the 1960s through major planning studies completed for the Scottish Development Department, masterplanning for Scottish Enterprise, nationally and locally, to more recent industrial and residential projects completed for private developers.
Comprising over 2,000 Acres and 2 million square feet of redevelopment, major studies have included Glasgow Broomielaw Redevelopment and Pacific Quay Masterplans for Scottish Enterprise, and several studies for Hospital Trusts resulting in successful rezoning and increased asset value for clients.
Custodial
Custodial work for the Scottish Prison Service is delivered under modern procurement routes with major national and international contractors.
Public
Public-sector works include leisure, sport and community buildings for clubs, community councils and local authorities, frequently leveraged by Lottery Fund support.
