Holmes’ masterplanning experience, stretching back to the 1960s, comprises major planning studies completed for the Scottish Development Department, masterplanning for Scottish Enterprise both nationally and locally and more recently, industrial and residential projects completed for private developers.
Comprising over 2,000 Acres and 2 million square feet of redevelopment, major studies have included Glasgow Broomielaw Redevelopment and Pacific Quay Masterplans for Scottish Enterprise, and several studies for Hospital Trusts resulting in successful rezoning and increased asset value for clients.
