An internal redesign and fit out, providing first class accommodation and modern client facing facilities for Lend Lease’s Scottish Headquarters.
Lend Lease already foster and embrace an open plan office environment, suiting their team driven business. Key elements for bringing their Bothwell Street office up to date were; rationalising their space planning to accommodate perimeter power, stylish reception / meeting facilities and the introduction of more flexible space manifesting in a staff / client café providing informal meeting spaces.
With the above key moves and requirement for a design led aesthetic, Holmes’ have met Lend Lease's aspirations, delivering a complete office package to reinvigorate the existing floorplate.
