110 St Vincent Street, Glasgow

Holmes' redevelopment of the A listed city centre bank building doubles the lettable floor area and delivers outstanding Class A office accommodation.

Inspired and guided by the existing A listed building Holmes identified the importance of retaining quality and grandeur in any new interior design moves.

As well as retaining the stunning existing ground floor banking hall, all new works to the core required a bold hand and a sympathetic mind. Innovative use of material and lighting to the circulation areas and high quality finishes to the rest of the facilities has given this building a strong platform for its future.
