A former derelict Grade A listed building, located in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City quarter, which has been transformed into a modern apartment hotel consisting of 102 serviced apartments.

Located on a prominent corner site at Albion Street and overlooking the Trongate, the project demonstrates Holmes' skills in dealing with a complex refurbishment, combining extensive alteration and renovation behind existing facades with new infill. This required careful liaison and co-ordination with Planning Authority and Historic Scotland especially on important stonework restoration to the principle elevations.
