Apartment Hotel, 12-26 St. Giles Street, Edinburgh

A high-quality conversion and refurbishment of two adjacent mid-Victorian building, forming a stylish new apartment hotel with spectacular views over the Waverley valley, the New Town, the Firth of Forth and beyond.

These B-listed, former newspaper offices designed by David Bryce in 1871-2, have been converted to form 75 self contained apartments over seven floors ranging from studio style apartments to generously sized suites decorated in a French Contemporary style.

Holmes provided a turn-key service for this project.
