Edinburgh Schools PPP
The Public Private Partnership between the City of Edinburgh Council and Edinburgh Schools Partnership, involving 20 schools, is a major educational PPP initiative in Scotland.
The project replaces old, out-dated and poorly maintained stock with modern accommodation, fully equipped to deliver the educational curriculum of the 21st century.
Holmes was responsible for the design of 10 new-build Primary Schools, of which 4 were part of joint campus solutions, along with a new-build Community Centre, SEN and joint campus Special schools and a Secure and Close Support Unit.
