Sandy has responsibility for the development and implementation of major education projects, which includes extensive experience of new-build, extension and remodelling / refurbishment of university and school buildings.
Leading design teams in the successful delivery of complex facilities, via PPP and D&B, he is experienced in working on projects where Clients remain in occupation during the construction phase, or where decanting is required.
His project work is combined with practice management roles, including business development – strategically implementing Holmes vision by building professional relationships with clients and fellow consultants, raising Holmes’ profile and identifying projects best aligned to the practice’s future success.
