Norman has extensive experience in delivering large scale public projects in the educational and custodial sectors. His ability to develop challenging briefs for complex projects into successful design solutions is a key skill. Many of the projects have involved multiple phased developments within existing establishments where the complexities of integrating new build works with the re-modelling of existing accommodation has to be carefully managed .
By leading design teams with a robust approach to design quality and a rigorous attention to detail ensures the requirements of client briefs are successfully delivered from inception through to completion. Projects benefit from Norman’s excellent knowledge of modern construction techniques and materials.
