Callum has significant project experience in delivery of primary and secondary schools, via PPP and managing multiple projects under a strategic framework, assisting clients with design, procurement and contract administration for new and refurbished education buildings.
He leads healthcare projects within the practice, understanding the appropriate approaches to deal with large and small scale works – and the importance of involving stakeholders, including building users, to create a creative integrated solution.
Carefully analysing briefs, interpreting requirements, offering design concepts, presenting proposals, undertaking consultation with stakeholders and developing detailed designs, together with directing the design team in the preparation of co-ordinated production information, drawings and specifications.
