His experience of substantial new-build and refurbishment projects for higher education establishments includes specialist laboratory / research accommodation, large scale multi-facility new build works for custodial establishments, and campus developments for commercial clients.
He has also worked on a broad range of other sectors, project types and procurement routes, including commercial and recreation projects.
Allan focuses on identifying, developing and satisfying client needs by listening and collaboration. This allows preconceptions to be challenged in an air of client trust to ensure quality and value for money. His rational and systematic approach to brief development and concept design is highly sought after.
