Alasdair’s energetic approach and enthusiasm has benefitted the development and implementation of major educational and custodial projects, typically forging close professional relationships during their successful delivery.
As a long-term member of MaPS he has prepared and established robust H&S procedures, leading staff training to ensure the design risk management principles, reinforced by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) are robustly applied throughout the Practice creating a high level of Health & Safety awareness.
He has the key role in the preparation, management and implementation of the Practice's Quality & Environmental Management System (QEMS), leading the rigorous audit process necessary to achieve the Practice’s BS EN ISO 9001 & 14001 registration.
