Holmes Completes Phase 1 HMP Shotts

Holmes latest project for SPS and Carillion includes a new Houseblock and Segregation Unit as part of Phase 1 of the comprehensive redevelopment of HMP Shotts.  The newly completed Houseblock provides accommodation for 270 prisoners.
